Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications in the United States.

She is a pet writer with a strong background in journalism and public relations specialising in the pet industry. Over the past 20 plus years, her pet articles have featured in a wide range of publications and websites. She was also the editor of Dogs Life magazine and managing editor of PETS and Choosing Your Dog magazines.

She continues to write for various publications, such as Australian Dog Lover and Better Homes and Gardens magazine as the contributor for the Better Pets page.

Caroline began working in the PR space in 2008 and helped pet industry brands across all sectors achieve measurable results. She is currently the publicist for Future Vet Kids Camp (since 2013), Companion Animal Network Australia (since 2021) and Puppy Tales Australian Dog of the Year Awards (since 2022).

Caroline is also a PR & clinic volunteer for Pets in the Park, a national charity that cares for pets owned by people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Caroline lives in Sydney with her husband, two daughters and the memory of their Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Cruz, Dobermanns Logan and Chase and Peach-faced Lovebird, Joe. She enjoys bushwalking, camping, horse riding and exploring the outdoors.
