Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications in the United States.

She has a strong background in journalism and public relations specialising in the pet industry. Over the past two decades, her pet articles have featured in a wide range of publications and websites. She was also the editor of Dogs Life magazine and Pooch website, and managing editor of PETS and Choosing Your Dog magazines.

Caroline began working in the PR space in 2008 and helped pet industry brands across all sectors achieve measurable results. She continues to write for various publications, such as Pet Industry News and Better Homes and Gardens magazines.

Caroline is also a PR & clinic volunteer for Pets in the Park, a national charity that cares for pets owned by people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and is a rescue/carer for Sydney Metropolitan Wildlife Services Inc. She is also a member of the Australian Canine Scent Work Association and the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA).

Caroline lives in Sydney with her husband, two daughters and Anatolian Shepherd Dog, Cruz. She enjoys bushwalking, camping, horse riding and exploring the outdoors, as well as the fun dog sport of K9 Nose Work® with Cruz!
